Today was a day off school for Marissa and we had Parent/Teacher interviews this morning. Marissa was more excited about what came after that, visiting Santa at Chinook Centre. Last year she wouldn't get too close, but this year she got right up in his lap and let him put his arm around her. All grown up and brave!
Taylor had a fieldtrip with Pace this morning. She went to Market Mall with her aide for a scavenger hunt, then got to pick out and buy an ornament for the Christmas tree at Pace. She had a choice, but apparently the one with lotsa pink BLING on it was the only one to catch Taylor's eye, so that was the winner! So we'll head back to Chinook next week so that Taylor can have her turn with Santa.
